BCC Human Resources and IT Department is responsible for the management of the Human Resources function to provide a strategic, professional and responsive human resources service to the whole organization. This involves initiating, approving and implementing BCC policies and procedures in the areas of recruitment and selection, manpower management, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations and accommodation while prioritizing the goals and objectives of the company.This department also ensures that the business operates in compliance with all Labor Laws and standards.

HR and IT Department also directs and controls the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s information technology systems to support the business objectives of the company.The department is also responsible in acquiring and sustaining a high level of qualified personnel and build a professional team committed to serve our valued clients and establish lasting relationships with them by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust, through exceptional performance by every member of the construction team.
