Direct and manage the operational and fiscal activities by planning and developing policies and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the division, ensuring cost effective and timely execution of the scope of work for the clients and the company and managing and supervising all subordinates to ensure their compliance with set standards.
Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Certified MMUP / UPDA
Twenty (20) years ‘experience in Road Works Project Management with Ashghal (PWA). Possess strong grip on budgeting, design, procurement, and construction activities.
Skills
Knowledge of Engineering fundamentals and applications; construction engineering policies and procedures; infrastructure, concepts, and methods.
Knowledge on Safety practices, procedures, and codes
Extensive knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures and techniques and governing laws.
Knowledge in business development management principles and practices.
Knowledge in basic finance and accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in relevant computer software applications
Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written, English and Arabic)
